is not showed, please type in "Weeze, Fährsteg" (= northern parallel road).
Ask pedestrians for: "Weezer Tierpark" or "Kartoffelhof Weyers"
(not to be confused with the village “Hartefeld”, approx. 20 km away!)
How to find us:
By car from GERMANY:
• A 57 from Cologne (Köln) past Krefeld towards Goch and Nimwegen
• Take Exit 4 signed UEDEM/WEEZE
• At the junction, turn left and follow the road for approx. 6km until you
reach a T junction. (NOTE: speedflash after approx. 1,300 m)
• Turn right onto the B9 toward WEEZE/Kleve
• In 1.3km at the traffic lights, go straight across. Drive a further 1.2km
and you will see a large white building on the left bend, turn left at the
sign "Einfahrt" and continue straight ahead into the avenue drive of
Hertefeld
By car from the NETHERLANDS:
• A 57 from Nimwegen toward Krefeld and Cologne (Köln)
• Take Exit 3 signed GOCH/WEEZE
• Turn right onto B9 towards WEEZE/Geldern
• After approx. 3.2km you come to a traffic light. Go straight across and
150 m after it turn right by the sign "Einfahrt" and continue
straight ahead into the avenue drive of Hertefeld
By train:
The nearest train station to Hertefeld is Weeze (approx. 1km from Hertefeld). The
“Niersexpress” from the Düsseldorf Main station (direction Krefeld-Kempen-KLEVE)
leaves every half an hour and stops at Weeze.
